This website is intended to present Villa Suerte, a holiday villa in Lanzarote. Bookings are currently made exclusively through external booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com). The booking process, payment, cancellation policy and contractual terms are governed by the respective booking platform's terms and conditions.

 

2. Information About the Villa

All information provided on this website has been prepared with the greatest possible care. However, details regarding facilities, prices, availability and services may change at any time. Errors and omissions excepted.

 

3. Your Stay

Villa Suerte accommodates up to six guests.

The villa is a non-smoking property. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The stated check-in and check-out times, as well as other information relating to your stay, are provided for guidance only. The information included in the booking confirmation shall prevail.

4. Liability

Guests are expected to treat the villa and all furnishings with care. Any damage or unusual incidents must be reported to the owner without delay.

Guests are liable, in accordance with applicable law, for any damage caused through improper use of the property.
